I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Three strikes you’re out; if you cancel your appointment three times before making it in I will no longer be able to take you. If you are 15 minutes or later, your appointment will no longer be valid. And I do not tolerate no-shows. One no-show means I will no longer take you as a client.
